June Garber presents Jazz Across the Ages
June Garber, an acclaimed and much-loved Canadian jazz vocalist who is now living on the Sunshine Coast, will present a program of both well-known and rarely heard jazz songs from across the ages.

June will be joined by Denis Feletto (keys), Brendan Scully (bass) and Phil Hayter (sax). Arriving in Canada from her native South Africa in 1975, June soon had her own 8-piece band, self-producing shows that were primarily contemporary with long engagements in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Toronto, as well as performing in cities across Canada and the U.S. Following several years as a stage actor, June began to sing jazz in 2003. She has recorded four albums, Smile (2005), Here’s to You (2008), This I Know (2016) and Off the Carousel (2021).
Since arriving in Australia in 2022, June has performed at jazz clubs and jazz festivals in Brisbane and Noosa Heads, and at several venues on the Sunshine Coast.
