Drawing inspiration from the timeless swing of Django Reinhardt and the romance of 1930s Paris\, the group blends traditional Gypsy Jazz with a fresh\, contemporary edge influenced by today’s European scene. \nFeaturing Rory Dollard (guitar)\, Rodrigo Santiago (guitar)\, Lachlan Alexander (clarinet)\, and Benja King (double bass)\, Echoes of Cirque deliver high-energy performances rich in virtuosity\, rhythmic drive\, and musical interplay. Their repertoire spans Django classics\, early jazz standards\, bebop-inspired tunes\, and original compositions. \nAfter captivating audiences with three standout performances on the Parlour Stage at Woodford Folk Festival 2024\, the quartet has just released their debut album.
